Fulfillment Policy

This policy explains how Thumbnail Studio delivers our service, handles refunds, and manages subscription credits.

⚡ Instant Access

Thumbnail Studio is a digital service. Once you create an account or subscribe, you get immediate access to:

  • All features in your plan (Free, Starter, or Creator Pro)
  • Your credit allocation (limited, monthly, or unlimited)
  • AI-powered thumbnail editing and generation
  • Canvas editor and version history
  • Export capabilities (1280x720 PNG)

🪙 How Credits Work

Credits are used for AI operations:

  • Free Plan: Limited credits for testing
  • Starter Plan: Monthly credits that reset each billing cycle
  • Creator Pro Plan: Unlimited credits

What uses credits:

  • AI thumbnail generation
  • AI-powered editing

What's free:

  • Canvas editing (text, shapes, layers)
  • Downloading your thumbnails
  • Accessing version history

Important: Unused credits don't roll over to the next month (except on Creator Pro where credits are unlimited). Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or refunded.

💳 Billing & Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions:

  • Are billed monthly on the same day each month
  • Automatically renew unless you cancel
  • Are processed securely through Stripe
  • Continue until the end of the billing period after cancellation

If a payment fails, we'll retry up to 3 times over 7 days. Your access may be restricted after 7 days, and your account may be suspended after 14 days of non-payment.

💰 Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Because Thumbnail Studio is a digital service with instant access, all subscriptions are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused credits
  • Change of mind
  • Not using the service
  • Service not meeting expectations
  • Any other reason

The only exception: Billing errors such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email support@thumbnailstudioo.com with proof of the error within 7 days.

⚠️ Important: By subscribing, you acknowledge that you understand and accept our no-refund policy. We recommend starting with the Free Plan to test the service before committing to a paid subscription.

🚪 Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through:

  • Your account settings
  • The Stripe billing portal (click "Manage Billing")
  • Email to support@thumbnailstudioo.com

After cancellation:

  • You keep access until the end of your billing period
  • Your account downgrades to Free Plan
  • All unused credits are forfeited
  • Your content is saved for 90 days
  • You can resubscribe anytime

⬆️ Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrading: Takes effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your billing cycle, and get instant access to new features.

Downgrading: Takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to your current plan until then.

⚖️ Fair Use (Creator Pro)

While Creator Pro offers unlimited credits, we maintain a fair use policy:

Acceptable: Normal use for creating YouTube thumbnails (up to 500 generations per day)

Not acceptable:

  • Using bots or automation
  • Reselling AI generation services
  • Sharing accounts with multiple users
  • Excessive usage that strains our infrastructure

Violations may result in account warnings, rate limiting, or termination.

🌐 Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Emergency updates
  • Third-party service issues (AI providers, payment processors)

Extended outages (72+ hours) may qualify for service credits or refunds at our discretion.
