✨ What We Offer

Thumbnail Studioo is an AI-powered platform that helps you:

• Edit YouTube thumbnails using AI
• Generate new thumbnails from text prompts
• Use canvas tools to add text, shapes, and effects
• Track version history of your edits
• Export production-ready 1280x720 thumbnails

👤 Your Account

When you create an account:

• You must be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Keep your password secure
• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• One account per person – no sharing accounts

✅ Acceptable Use

You can use Thumbnail Studioo to create thumbnails for YouTube and other platforms. However, you cannot:

• Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on others' copyrights or trademarks
• Create deepfakes or misleading content
• Use bots or automated tools to abuse the service
• Resell our AI generation as your own service
• Try to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service

Breaking these rules may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

🎨 Content Ownership

Your uploads: You own the images you upload. We only use them to provide our service to you.

AI-generated content: You own the thumbnails our AI creates for you. However:

• Similar prompts may produce similar results for different users
• You're responsible for ensuring your use doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights
• We don't claim ownership, but generated content may not be 100% unique

Our platform: The Thumbnail Studioo website, code, and features are our intellectual property. You can't copy or redistribute them.

💳 Pricing & Billing

We offer four plans:

• Free Plan: 60 credits (approximately 5 thumbnails)
• Starter Plan: 1,600 credits monthly (approximately 80 thumbnails) - $12/month
• Premium Plan: 4,500 credits monthly (approximately 225 thumbnails) - $40/month
• Ultimate Plan: 9,000 credits monthly (approximately 450 thumbnails) - $80/month

Paid subscriptions:

• Automatically renew each month unless canceled
• Are charged to your payment method via Stripe
• Can be canceled anytime (access continues until the end of the billing period)
• Credits reset monthly for all paid plans (Starter, Premium, and Ultimate)

💰 Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Since Thumbnail Studioo is a digital service with immediate access, we cannot offer refunds for:

• Partial billing periods
• Unused credits
• Change of mind
• Not using the service
• Any other reason

The only exceptions are billing errors (duplicate charges or incorrect amounts). For billing error disputes, contact us at Mitengohil17@gmail.com with proof of the error.

⚠️ Disclaimers

Please understand:

• The service is provided "as is" – we do our best, but can't guarantee 100% uptime
• AI-generated content may not always be perfect – always review before publishing
• We're not responsible for how you use generated content
• We may need to do maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability

🛡️ Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or $100, whichever is greater). We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

🚪 Cancellation & Termination

You can cancel anytime through your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, don't pay, or abuse the service. If we terminate your account for violations, no refunds will be issued.

📜 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of major changes via email. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

⚖️ Legal Stuff

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (not class action lawsuits).
